1. Love it or Leave it Guarantee:
When you work with us, if you don’t love the home you buy, you can leave it for free. During the first 12 months after your closing, if you are dissatisfied with your new home purchase for any reason at all, simply let us know and you will receive our incredible home selling system at no charge. We will list your home for up to 12 months. During this period, any commissions paid on the sale of the home will be paid directly to the agent that brings the buyer for your home, not to us.
2. Free Home Warranty:
We understand the importance of having the protection of a Home Warranty when you buy a home. When you purchase a home through us, if we are unable to get the seller to provide you with a one-year Home Warranty, then we will pick up the cost of providing you one.
3. Free Moving Truck:
When buying a home, moving can sometimes be one of the most stressful parts of the process. We want to minimize this stress for you. We have our own 16ft moving truck available for use to help with your move. Just let us know which days you need it and it’s yours. Even better? If you need it after moving for donations or short-hauls, it’s yours to borrow!

You will have 24/7 access to our home hunting system where you’ll find thousands of homes listed across the county. Our system provides you with loads of information including school ratings and a mortgage payment calculator. It is updated every 15 minutes to ensure you have the most accurate and timely information available for your hunt.
5. Discounted Inspection:
We understand that buying a home has a lot of associated costs, so when you work with one of our preferred inspectors you’ll receive 10% off your service and a free thermal scan of your new home.
6. Notary Services:
When buying a home, you may need notary services. You will have access to our ASN Certified Notary Signing Agent for both buying a home, and your personal needs afterwards.
7. Complimentary Utility Concierge:
When you work with one of our preferred insurance agents, you will receive a complimentary utility concierge service. Moving can be stressful, so a utility concierge a single point of contact to easily set up your utilities. This service includes city utilities, electricity, home security, internet, and more.
8. Early Access Program:
In an effort to give you an advantage over other buyers, we will ensure you have access to properties both on and off the market sooner than others. When homes hit the market, they often have multiple offers within a few days. One of the advantages of working with our team is that we will get you access to homes before they hit the market so you can access them before the competition. Here are some ways that we accomplish this:
A) Expired Listings- These are properties which were previously on the market, but the listing agent was unable to get the property sold and they are now off the market.
B) Canceled Listings- These are properties which were previously on the market, but the seller decided to take them off the market for one reason or another.
C) For Sale by Owner- These are properties that are for sale, but the seller has not hired an agent.
D) Specific Neighborhood- If you are interested in a specific neighborhood and we have exhausted all the options above, our team will also door knock, call, text, email, and/or send direct mail to homeowners in the area.

Our team has successfully negotiated and sold hundreds of homes in Central Texas. We will use our experience to get you the best price, terms and conditions on your home purchase. In some cases, we can even get the seller to pay some of your closing costs when you buy your home.
